RICHARD TEA now offers safe and convenient payment methods: pay by cash, transfer by bank/ATM, online payment
- Step 1: Select the product you want to buy => Click cart icon or “ODER NOW”
- Step 2: After choosing items, please check price and quantity of items carefully before clicking “SUBMIT ORDER”
- Step 3: Fulfill necessary information of order form
- Step 4: Choose payment method. RICHARD TEA now offers the following payment methods:
a. Pay by cash (COD): pay directly to shipper when you receive product.
b. Transfer by bank/ATM before your order is shipped.

c. Online Payment: internal ATM card (with Internet Banking) or international card (Visa, Master, JCB, Amex, Union Pay)
- Step 5: Confirm Information
After completing the information, please check the delivery information, payment method and your order one more time => Click “ORDER”
Process of online payment with internal ATM (Vietcombank)
- Step 6: Choose the bank (there are all 25 banks). In this example, RICHARD TEA chose Vietcombank.
- Step 7: Fill card number, issue date and cardholder’s name.
- Step 8: Fill Internet Banking account information (This step applies only to Vietcombank account; other banks do not have this step)
- Step 9: Enter the OTP code. After step 8, a transaction code will be sent to the phone number that you used to order. After entering the OTP code, you click “ODER” to have successfully paid the order.
