• ○ RICHARDTEA.VN provides a utility to store card information to use for future payments on RICHARDTEA.VN with the principle that RICHARDTEA.VN only stores payment card information that has been encrypted by Payment Gateway Partners. So:
• ■ If the customer chooses to use the utility: in case there is a problem related to the security of payment card information, the customer should contact the Payment Gateway Partner for resolution.
• ■ If the customer does not choose to use the utility: the customer's payment card information is not stored on RICHARDTEA.VN's system but is kept and secured according to international standards PCI DSS on Payment Gateway Partners.
• ○ Customers access the website via HTTPS protocol.
• ○ Customers have the option to use OTP to access and transact.
• ○ The internal system between the modules of RICHARDTEA.VN uses encrypted key exchange methods: The application systems exchange internal data encrypted with a set of private & public keys to ensure confidentiality and integrity.

2. Information privacy policy

2.1. Purpose of application

This privacy and information sharing policy (“Policy”) is intended to ensure the safety of information related to individuals participating in accessing and/or transacting on the website www.RICHARDTEA.VN.com under the ownership of owned by E & N Company Limited (hereinafter collectively referred to as “ RICHARD TEA ”).

• ● Customer's payment card information is protected by payment gateway partners of RICHARDTEA.VN according to international standards. RICHARDTEA.VN does not allow third parties to track or collect Customer's information on RICHARDTEA.VN's website.
• ● For closed accounts, we still store Customer's Personal Information and access to serve the purposes of fraud prevention, investigation, answering questions... This Personal Information will be RICHARDTEA.VN is stored on the server system for a maximum of 12 (twelve) months from the date the Customer closes the account on RICHARDTEA.VN.
